What SaucedBets is (and isn't)
SaucedBets is a social prediction game played for points. You can stake points on predictions and win or lose points within your group, but points only exist inside the game: there is no real money involved, points have no cash value, and they can't be bought, sold, redeemed, or exchanged for anything. There are no prizes beyond bragging rights. It is not gambling.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password to yourself.
Ground rules
- Don't use the app to harass, threaten, or target anyone — bets are about your crew's antics, not about hurting people.
- Don't put illegal, hateful, or abusive content in group names, night names, or display names.
- Don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or access data that isn't yours.
We can suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Your content
Group names, night names, and votes you create stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them to the members of your groups — that's what makes the app work.
Sponsored packs
Some bet packs may be sponsored by brands or venues. Sponsored packs are labeled and never involve sharing your personal data (see the Privacy Policy).
Look after yourselves
SaucedBets is built around nights out. Drink responsibly, look after your crew, and don't let a bet talk anyone into doing something unsafe. Bets that came true pay out — they don't need to have been a good idea.
The service is provided as-is
We work hard to keep SaucedBets running, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — or from what your friends got up to that night.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top and flag meaningful changes in the app. Using SaucedBets after a change means you accept the new terms.
