What we collect

Account info: your email address, the display name you choose, and a password (stored hashed by our auth provider — we never see it).
Game activity: the groups you join, nights, bets, votes, and points — the stuff the app exists to keep track of.
Technical basics: session cookies to keep you logged in, and standard server logs from our hosting providers. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

To run the game: authenticate you, show your groups and bets to the right people, tally votes, and keep score. Your display name and points are visible to members of the groups you join — that's the point of the leaderboard. Groups are invite-only; nothing you do is publicly visible.

Aggregated insights

We may analyze activity in aggregate — for example, which bets or packs are most popular — and may share those aggregated, anonymized statistics. These never identify you, your crew, or any individual, and any reported trend covers a large minimum number of users — never a single friend group.

What we never do

We never sell your personal data, and we never share individual-level data with advertisers or sponsors.

Who else touches your data

We run on Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting). They process data on our behalf to provide the service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from the app at any time, which permanently removes your account and personal data. You can also email us at sauced.bet.support@gmail.com and we'll handle it.

Age

SaucedBets is for adults — you must be 18 or older to use it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be flagged in the app.
